SBS's drama "The King: Eternal Monarch" viewership ratings have dropped again.
Last week, "The King: Eternal Monarch" successfully achieved the first increase in ratings in weeks, thus reversing the downward trend in ratings.
However, the latest episode of the fantasy romance has failed to maintain this promising momentum: According to Nielsen Korea, the "The King: Eternal Monarch" premiered on May 22 averaged 5.2% and 6.6% nationwide. Since the last episode, ratings have not only marked a decline in ratings, but also set a new record for the show ’s lowest ratings to date.
