The aim is to broadcast the TV series next year, but it is reported that the schedule will be postponed due to the delay in filming. Therefore, the second season of "Arthdal Chronicles" hasn't been included from the 2021 lineup.

The production situation and costs will be the same as in the first season, So the production company is reconsidering this situation"
After the report, Studio Dragon, the production company of the show, shared: "Because of COVID-19, the planned crank of the second season has become uncertain. We are constantly discussing the production schedule."
