Billboard announced on September 8 local time that 'Ice Cream' was ranked 13th on the chart this week. The Hot 100 ranks America's most popular songs in all genres based on streaming, radio broadcast and sales data.
This is a new achievement in the career of BLACKPINK, who previously reached No. 33 on the Billboard chart with the song "How You Like That" and also in collaboration with Lady Gaga "Sour Candy."
"Ice Cream" was premiered on August 28, the song reached 18.3 million streams in the US and 23,000 downloads sold in its first week, ending September 3, and also garnered 5.1 million radio airplay for the week ending September 6.
